What we offer

Welcome to the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. We are here to support you at every stage of your career. We do this through our various CPD approved education workshops, symposia, our surgical membership and specialty exams and a wide range of services and benefits.

Why not get involved and help influence healthcare policy and practice - interested? Take a look at our current opportunities and get in touch.

Education, Training and CPD

We provide a comprehensive programme of surgical education which both helps to train young surgeons and enhances the knowledge and skills of established surgeons. At the outset of a surgical career there are key technical skills to master, which we teach through didactic courses. We also offer courses to assist with postgraduate exam preparation. As careers develop specialist knowledge is enhanced through symposia and courses across the surgical disciplines.
