Congratulations on making it through medical school and a warm welcome to the profession. Being a doctor is incredibly rewarding but also very hard at times, which is why it’s important to remember to look after yourself as well as others. To remember to take breaks, ask for help and to check in with your team and to spread the work load.
It’s also very important to remember there is a world outside of work and to still do the things that bring you joy in your free time. I wish you well in all you do and for the future.
