MFDS

Intercollegiate Specialty Fellowship Examinations (ISFE)

The award of the Diploma of fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow is an internationally recognised qualification that confirms your readiness to practise independently as a consultant in your dental specialty.

Our College is working in partnership with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Royal College of Surgeons of England on the development of a new generation of dental exams.

About your Vice President

Vicki greig headshot

Ms Vicki Greig

Ms Vicki Grieg is a Consultant Oral Surgeon currently working within NHS Lothian, having moved from NHS Grampian, where she chaired the health board’s managed clinical network in oral and maxillofacial surgery and oral surgery. As a registrar in oral surgery, she became the first dental trainee in Scotland to be awarded a Scottish Clinical Leadership Fellowship.

As Dean and Vice President Dental, she is committed to working with the College team to ensure the Faculty provides support and educational opportunities that reflect the needs of Members and Fellows. Over the next three years, she will work to ensure dentistry remains visible and part of the national conversation as the College navigates shared challenges around inequality, wellbeing and sustainable practice.
