In preparation for the installation of new and improved software, some of our online services will be temporarily affected.

To ensure you stay up to date and know how you may be affected, here is an overview of everything you need to know.

I currently use online services, what will the impact be?

As a current user of our online services you will still be able to do the following:

  • Log in to the website
  • Book an event
  • Buy an eLearning module
  • Access your eLearning modules
  • Navigate through the Dashboard
  • See your past events
  • Access the members-only pages

The following will temporarily not be available:

  • Updating your details via the dashboard
  • Resetting your login password
  • Pay a joining fee or subscription via the dashboard

When will the online services be affected?

This will be from 17:00 (GMT) on Thursday 26 November 2020.

I want to sign up and join the College community, how will I be affected?

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to set up an account during this short period. However, when our online services resume they will be new and much improved. We look forward to welcoming you very soon!

Whilst we have planned to ensure any disruption is as minimal as possible and we appreciate this may cause some inconvenience. If you need to contact us for support or further information, please don’t hesitate to email membership@rcpsg.ac.uk or call us on +44 (0)141 221 6072. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00 (GMT).
