Ageing Practice Implications for healthcare professionals and patient safety

With the planned increase in retirement age doctors and other healthcare professionals will be working longer so what can/should we do to ensure these later years of practice are productive and safe for patients.

The Ageing Practice Conference seeks to explore the issues and recommend solutions. The conference is relevant to all medical practitioners including healthcare staff; commissioning groups and employers who will all need solutions for the risks associated with age related medical conditions and cognitive decline.
