We all recognise the hard work and sacrifice it takes to get to this point in your journey and as you start your careers in dentistry you’ll have much to look forward to. You enter a caring and skilled profession where the opportunities for continued learning and training are wide ranging. At the College we can support you with that and we hope that as you leave university, you’ll consider joining our multi-professional community. Take the next step in your dental career

Assessments are an important part of your career development and are a key step towards gaining your qualifications. Our preparation courses and Digital Learning modules will help you feel confident and ready for your exams. 

Typically begun during the first two years after graduation, the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) diploma is an internationally recognised qualification that entitles you to become a member of a UK Royal College.

The MFDS is a key part of advancing your dental career and pursuing opportunities such as specialist training. 

The MFDS goes beyond your foundation training curriculum and demonstrates you have the required knowledge to enter specialist practice.
