Biography

I am a consulting partner at PwC, the UK’s largest professional services firm, with extensive commercial experience internationally, both with PwC and as General Manager and Chair of a Management Consulting business.

I specialise in leading transformational change in the operations of businesses and organisations, as well as providing leadership as:

  • Business Unit Leader for a £50m business
  • Global Relationship Leader for a FTSE 30 global priority client
  • Chair of PwC’s Partner Admissions Panel

Previously, I founded PRTM’s Greater China business which I led as General Manager and Chairman to build a team of 50+ consulting professionals before integrating the team into PwC. Global leadership roles at PRTM included:

  • Governance Committee
  • Audit Committee
  • Partnership Committee

I’ve also been privileged to serve in other roles such as the Greater China Advisory Board of the not-for-profit organisation The Supply Chain Council (now part of APICS).

I hold an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business and a M.Eng. in Manufacturing Sciences and Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.

I thrive on endurance sports, with a good few long- and middle-distance triathlons under my belt. More recently I’ve returned to my passion for water and completed some challenging solo swims including the English Channel, Lake Windermere, and La Bocaina crossing from Lanzarote to Fuerteventura and relay team swims including Lake Geneva and 2-way English Channel.
