Mei Sze Lui

Dr. Lui is the honorary clinical associate professor of The University of Hong Kong. She received her undergraduate training for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong (HKU). She had completed her specialty training in respiratory medicine, advance internal medicine and critical care medicine, and she was granted the Fellowship of the Hong Kong College of Physicians and the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine in 2010. After a series of research endeavour on sleep disordered breathing, she also attained Doctor of Medicine (MD) HKU in 2020. Her research interest is on the association between obstructive sleep apnoea and various cardio-metabolic diseases, and pleural diseases. She is an accredited trainer in respiratory medicine and advance internal medicine. She is currently involved in many training and educational activities targeting undergraduates, postgraduates, basic and higher specialty training.
