Am I eligible to join the Faculty of Travel Medicine as an Affiliate Member?
Anyone with an interest in Travel Medicine is eligible to apply for affiliate membership. If you sign up for one of our postgraduate qualifications in travel medicine, you will be given free affiliate membership for the duration of your studies.
How much does it cost to join as an Affiliate Member?
Affiliate membership costs £15 a year.

How can I pay for my membership?
There are several ways to pay. Most people like to make a single payment for the year using a credit/debit card, however you can also pay by direct debit either monthly or annually.
Does it matter that I didn’t study and don’t live in Glasgow?
No, it doesn’t. Affiliate Members can live, work and hold qualifications from almost anywhere in the world. If you’re in doubt, our Membership team can help.
What events does the College host for Affiliate Members?
The College runs multiple courses and conferences through the year to cover all aspects of your early medical career. Many of these will carry CPD points and run poster competitions to help you stand out and secure key training posts. As an Affiliate Member you get up to 40% off many events you book via the College website.
