Mr Martin Booth

Mr Martin Booth is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) and a Past Chair of CIPFA in Scotland. He is currently Chief Financial Officer for the learning disability charity ENABLE, having retired as Executive Director of Finance for Glasgow City Council, Scotland.

After completing a BA in accountancy and obtaining an MBA, Mr Booth's career spanned both the private and public sectors and culminated in him being awarded Finance Professional of the Year by CIPFA Scotland in 2024. He was appointed as a Trustee of the College in 2025 and also chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. In addition, he is a trustee of Glasgow Kelvin College, Scotland, and a non-executive director of Ferguson Marine, Scotland.
