Kenneth’s remit covers oversight of the College’s finances, ICT, facilities management, and our commercial events company, 1599 at the Royal College.
He is responsible for financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting, overseeing performance of the College’s investments, setting ICT strategy including our response to the opportunities presented by developments in technology, ensuring the best use of College’s properties and developing the College’s commercial business.
Having originally trained as a cellist, Kenneth spent several years working in the care and probation sectors before retraining as a chartered accountant. Prior to joining the College in 2020, he spent 17 years as a member of the leadership teams of, the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, The Robertson Trust, and Wasps Artists’ Studios. He was previously the Financial Controller for a group of pubs and hotels.
