Mr Robin Young is a senior leader in workforce development, corporate training and strategic partnerships, with more than 15 years of experience helping organisations develop talent, strengthen leadership capacity and respond to changing market needs. As Managing Director within a leading post-secondary institution, Mr Young leads customised training solutions, sector partnerships and revenue-generating initiatives that connect employers, communities and education.
An award-winning learning professional, he has built his career at the intersection of business strategy and learning innovation, with expertise in organisational needs assessment, leadership development and the design of high-impact learning experiences. Over the past 15 years, he has led learning and leadership development projects across sectors including healthcare, aerospace, transport, education, retail, finance, automotive and energy.
Mr Young holds an MBA from the University of the West of Scotland, a postgraduate certificate in Advanced Educational Studies from the University of Glasgow, a PGDE from the University of Strathclyde and a BA from the University of the West of Scotland.
