The amendment is being championed by a large and growing number of Peers from across the political spectrum.

The case followed the tragic death of Jack Adcock, a six year old boy who tragically died of sepsis in Leicester Royal Infirmary, and ended with Dr Bawa-Garba’s subsequent erasure from the Medical Register.
