Overview
The Summer Outing of the Senior Fellows Club comprises a visit to Glasgow Royal Infirmary Museum followed by a guided stroll round the environs of the infirmary ,the necropolis, the cathedral and surrounds touching on historic health aspects of the area. This will be led by the well-known author/lecturer Dr Ronnie Scott of Strathclyde University.
Meet at Glasgow Royal Infirmary Museum at 11am. The entrance faces Cathedral Square or can be accessed via the Medical Block Entrance just inside the gate of the old building.
At 11.45 the walk begins and will finish at 1pm at the Drygate Brasserie and Brewery, 85 Drygate, where those who wish can buy lunch.
Numbers are limited and will be reserved on a first come basis.
