Overview
The Mentorship Programme is an established in-person three-part course open to all interested in taking on a mentoring role in their workplace, or who already have mentoring responsibilities and would like to improve their practice.
In their most recent 'good medical practice guidance', the GMC promote mentoring as part of continuous professional development and good leadership practice. If you already are a mentor, it highlights the requirement of keeping your skills up to date and undertaking appropriate training.
