Overview
This practical procedural course is designed for General Physicians seeking to develop confidence in safe prescribing, analgesia and procedural sedation. The programme combines comprehensive teaching with hands-on simulation, allowing delegates to apply theory to practice through simulated DC cardioversion.
The course supports curriculum requirements across Acute Internal Medicine, General Internal Medicine, Respiratory Medicine and related specialties, offering the opportunity to be signed off as competent in DC cardioversion while reinforcing safe, patient-centred practice.
