Overview

The President, Hany Eteiba, will host this ceremony to welcome new Fellows and Members to the College.  The event will be a celebration of achievement and will offer new members a chance to meet and network with peers and College Faculty.

The event will take place from 17:30-20:30hrs GMT and is open to members of all five College disciplines.  Members and guests will be able to enjoy a tour of the College and the ceremony will be followed by a reception in the splendour of College Hall.  More information about the programme, including how to book your ceremonial gown and photographs, will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Attendance at the ceremony for diplomates is £10; a fee of £25 will be charged per guest.  Please note - due to seating restrictions in the College, a maximum of 2 guests per Fellow or Member is allowed.  If you are bringing guests, please choose the option group in the booking form, or if you are coming to the ceremony without guests please choose the option individual.

We anticipate these ceremonies will be very popular and strongly advise you to register without delay, as places will go on a first-come-first-served basis. Please contact us at ceremony@rcpsg.ac.uk if you have any queries relating to this or future ceremonies.

We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to the College and celebrating with you, your family, and friends.

Children and babies

We recognise that Diploma Ceremony days are a time of celebration for the whole family. However, as the ceremonies themselves are formal evening events, we advise that they are not suitable for children under seven-years-old.

If it is not possible to make childcare arrangements, children are welcome to watch a livestream video of the ceremony in a relaxed space in the College. Please note: children must be accompanied by an adult guest at all times.

Babies under the age of two don't require a paid ticket.
