We are excited to announce our schedule of Diploma Ceremonies for 2024.
Led by College President Mike McKirdy, our Diploma Ceremonies are an excellent opportunity to celebrate your achievements and admission to the College.
The ceremonies will take place on;
All of these events will be held in person, in the College building, from 5-9pm.
If you have any queries regarding these ceremonies, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A recording of each ceremony will be available for purchase shortly after each date.
Can I bring more than 2 guests to an in-person ceremony?
We are limited by the capacity of our venues, and so we have a limit of 2 guests per delegate for all of our in-person ceremonies.
Where will the ceremonies be held?
The 2024 Diploma Ceremonies will be held in the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow’s Maurice Bloch Lecture Theatre.
How do I hire a gown / photography for the in-person Ceremonies?
Our gown and photography hire are handled by a third-party company. We will email you details on how to book the gowns, which gowns to book, and photography once you have completed registration for an in-person ceremony.
Do I have to be a current Member or Fellow of the College to attend?
Your College Membership or Fellowship must be full and current at both the times of registration and the time of the ceremony to be included. There are some exceptions to this, including MRCP(UK) candidates, or various awards winners, who do not have to hold College membership to attend.
Tickets are no longer available for my preferred ceremony, what can I do?
This means that we are at capacity for this event and cannot accept any new registrations. Please check back and see if tickets have become available, or select an alternative ceremony. If you wish to wait and be notified when future registrations open after the 2023/24 schedule, please email email@example.com.
