Inclusion Advisory Group

The Inclusion Advisory Group was formed in November 2020 to oversee the implementation of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Policy, and to monitor and report on progress of the associated Action Plans. The group is led by Dr Moe Oo (Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust), and comprises members from medicine, surgery, dental surgery, travel medicine and podiatric medicine, as well as lay representation and representatives from our Advisor Networks, Trainees, SAS doctors communities and employees.

The call for members of the Inclusion Advisory Group received an overwhelming response from the College community. Therefore, we decided to form an Inclusion Forum for any members from anywhere in the world (including students) who have an interest in equality, diversity and inclusion matters. This is a forum for positive change, inspiring the College’s inclusion priorities, and providing insights to the Inclusion Advisory Group on key ED&I issues and developments.
