Reporting to the Front of House Manager, the Front of House Supervisor will ensure the College food and beverage service requirements are met and carried out to a high standard on a daily basis.
The successful applicant will always lead by example, have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines as part of a team and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Set Required
- The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success, displaying a sustained record of achievement in food and beverage service
- Have experience in a supervisory capacity; leading and developing teams of front of house staff
- Have experience in function preparation and service of food and beverages for conferencing and banqueting
Attention to detail and passion is a must. We have a deserved reputation for excellence and require someone with creativity and flair to assist in the supervision and service of food and beverages and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
