Digital Learning Officer

Fixed Term (12 months)

Salary grade 4 ‐ £26,369 ‐ £30,138

The Role

The post-holder will be working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, as part of the digital learning team delivering digital learning products and events that meet the needs of its members and prospective members, improve their learning experience and promote engagement. The fixed-term post will have a key focus on digital event delivery and content creation.

The post-holder will be responsible for supporting the planning, delivery and post-production of digital, live-online learning and hybrid events. They will work together with colleagues from the wider Education and Assessment team, departments across the College, clinicians and subject matter experts integrating of technology into College activity.

They will also be responsible for designing, testing and implementing digital learning solutions either as part of or through their whole life cycle. They will be expected to review existing learning solutions and adapt content when required, ensuring it is up to date and relevant and to maintain processes, allowing all team members to follow consistent approach.

The post-holder will also and will share responsibility for routine administrative tasks.
