Abstracts for Excellence in Healthcare now open

Abstracts submission for the College's Triennial conference poster competition is now open.

Abstract submission is open for Excellence in Healthcare 2017, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow's fourth triennial conference.

A poster exhibition will take place throughout the conference on 8-9 June 2017, and is a great opportunity to present your work to other experts and colleagues working across medicine, surgery, travel medicine and podiatry.

Submissions on all aspects of clinical practice, including basic sciences, will be considered. The theme of your poster abstract should fall into one of the broad categories of medicine, surgery, travel medicine, or podiatry and must be original work.

Prizes of £500, £250 and £100 will be awarded to the posters judged to be the best by the adjudicating panel.

Poster abstract submissions are invited from all healthcare professionals, trainees and students.

The closing date for submissions is Friday 24 February.
