Subash Gautam

Mr Gautam is a Senior Consultant Surgeon and Head of Department of General Surgery at Fujairah Hospital UAE. He obtained is M.B.B.S from Govt. Medical College Amritsar Panjab India and later trained in general Surgery in East London and Essex.
Mr Gautam has also obtained Fellowship of Royal College of Surgeons England and Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and awarded CCST in General Surgery.
He has held various positions within the Ministry of Health to promote CME including Member of the Interview Board for Higher evaluation certifications in surgery in Ministry of health and Continuous Medical Education in UAE.
Mr Gautam has been organising secretary for the Annual Surgical Conference and elected President of Emirates Gastroenterology Society. He spent time as Chairman of Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) of American College of Surgeons for Middle East and North Africa between January 2009 and October 2015. Mr Gautam has widely contributed to national and international journals in Surgery and trauma and has been a member of the court of examiners for FRCS and MRCS for over 18 years.
He wishes to support and guide all Members and Fellows in best possible way, always ready to extend a helping hand, listen to problems and help to raise their concerns.
