Membership of the Faculty of Podiatric Medicine - Part 1

  • The purpose of the assessment is to encourage high standards of practice in podiatric medicine and act as a qualification affirming that the successful candidate has reached the standard necessary to become a Member of the Faculty of Podiatric Medicine.

    Successful candidates in the final examination will be eligible for Membership of the Faculty of Podiatric Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and the designation MFPM RCPS (Glasg). This is the only podiatric medicine examination offered by a medical Royal College.

    Membership of the College

    Successful candidates will be eligibile to apply for MFPM Part 2. On passing Part 2, you will be invited to proceed to admission to the College.
