Rev John Campbell
John is a retired Church of Scotland minister, having served in three quite different parishes within West Central Scotland. Also from 1987 to 1999, he held a full time Advisory post within the Church, which involved researching, writing and editing training manuals, running courses, doing evaluations, assessments, conference organising and leading, mentoring, and counselling etc. On the pastoral front, like others in ministry, John has often been at the patient/hospital staff interface, frequently at critical and traumatic life moments. Although officially retired, he is still active in exercising a ministry in support of colleagues and parishioners. Currently John is a Lay Examiner for the College, an involvement he finds both stimulating and rewarding.
