Bangalore, India will see over 10000 physicians descend for the 73rd Annual Conference of the Association of Physicians of India.

College President, Professor Galloway and Vice-President (Medical), Dr Hany Eteiba will represent the College at the conference which runs over four days 22-25 February. A College symposium will also take place on the 23 February at 1700-1800 in Dr.K.S.Shadaksharappa Hall(1) of the splendid new conference centre, Dr Babu Rajendra Prasad International Conference Centre.

College membership in India is concentrated in the Southern States so the conference will be a chance to catch up with long standing Fellows while reaching out to potential new Fellows and Members. While in Bangalore Professor Galloway and Dr Eteiba will meet with medical and surgical trainees from some of the local leading medical, Colleges St John’s and St Martha’s, as well as visiting Rajarajaswari Medical College which successfully hosts dental exams.

The College will also formally welcome around fifty new Fellows and Members in an admission ceremony, taking place on the Sunday, 25 February.
