ASGBI call for abstracts
17 Jan 2018
The abstract submission deadline for the ASBGI congress has been extended to midnight 20 January 2018.
The congress is to be held on Wednesday 9 to Friday 11 May 2018, at the ACC in Liverpool.
The theme of the Congress will be “Surgical Teams”, recognising that surgical services are now delivered by multi-disciplinary, multi-professional teams, and that collaborative teamwork has significant benefits in increasing efficiency, improving clinical outcomes, fostering innovation and delivering phenomenal academic and research opportunities.
Short Papers and E-posters
There will be several sessions for short paper presentations at the Congress, as well as a display of electronic scientific posters on plasma screens that will be presented during dedicated interactive lunchtime sessions.
All accepted abstracts, whether for oral or e-poster presentation, will be published online on the BJS website (citeable). Abstracts accepted for oral presentation in the Moynihan Prize Paper session(s) will, in addition, be published online.
