Autism – A booklet for parents, carers & families

The booklet is for parents/carers of children and young people up to the age of 18 who:

  • have already been diagnosed with autism
  • may be going through diagnosis

The booklet which can be viewed here explains the recommendations in a clinical guideline produced by the Scottish Intercollegiate Guideline Network (SIGN), about:

  • getting assessed and diagnoses for autism, and
  • the approaches that can help
