Jane Chiodini, Dean of the Faculty of Travel Medicine at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, will be joined by some travel health specialist colleagues to deliver a series of 4 lunchtime webinars. Lasting up to 90 minutes, these will run on the following dates:

    • 17 November
    • 24 November
    • 1 December
    • 8 December

Each webinar will run from 12.00 - 13:30.

The event series will bring you up to date on hot topics in travel medicine that have occurred in 2020 including providing a service in the time of COVID-19, as well as present individual sessions on specialist topics (for example rabies, yellow fever, malaria, senior travellers, the immunocompromised traveller) and also consider some case studies around difficult scenarios and issues.

After each hour of training there will be ample time for a live Q&A session. Each event will also be recorded, so that if you need to miss any you can always catch up afterwards.

Delegates will have access to all 4 webinars.

Resources will be posted online after each session.

This meeting is initiated and funded by Emergent Biosolutions. The company has had no input into the educational content which has been developed independently by the Faculty of Travel Medicine at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
