This conference will cover a wide range of topics relevant to neurology, and will review practical issues faced by the busy clinician. The programme will consist of presentations, videos, and interactive discussions, delivered by a team of expert speakers.
(It is a mandatory training day for trainees.)Topics include:
- Genetics in the general neurology clinic – how to take a family history
- Neuro-inflammatory disease
- Tales from the TIA clinic
- How I explain an FND diagnosis to my patients
- How to approach ataxia in the general neurology clinic
- What we can learn from patients?
There will be a poster session at the meeting, with a prize for the best poster.
The poster topic can be clinical, scientific or service related – e.g. quality improvement projects.
Abstracts should be submitted according to the attached instructions (please refer to the download tab for more information).
The closing date for submissions is Friday 7 February 2020.
The prize will be awarded at the close of the conference on 6 March 2020.
