  • Physicians working across all areas of medicine will now encounter patients on wards with co-morbidities. This presents new challenges for clinicians and the need for an understanding of general internal medicine over a range of specialities. The pace of change in many specialties compounds the challenge of keeping up-to-date. This half day will address Geriatric Medicine.

This will be particularly relevant for all healthcare professionals involved in the acute medical take or managing patients with co-morbidities.
