  • This one day course is aimed at junior doctors around the level of core trainee 1 with an interest in general surgery, paediatric surgery, urology and gynaecology. The aim of the course is to familiarise the delegate with the equipment and instruments used in laparoscopic surgery, to allow simulation of manipulation of objects within a laparoscopic environment and to have the opportunity to practice simulated operations using a gallbladder and appendix laparoscopic training model.
