If you could change anything what would it be?

I work with oral cancer patients. Everyday I used to see patients of oral cancer with lot of sufferings, even increasing number of youngs whose prognosis to treatment by surgical and non durgical treatment is very poor. I am trying to work in the community to prevent this disease by awaring not to consump chewing and smoking tobacco and also detection of oral cancer in early stage. The purpose is to see the society without oral cancer, a cancer free world indeed.
