Our members are our College and at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to communicating and engaging with our membership creatively and innovatively to achieve our goal of being the ‘Go To’ Royal College.

We are proud to have a committed network of college tutors, regional advisors and international advisors. These enthusiastic volunteers are ready and able to support members in their locality, encouraging participation and engagement in College activities.
We know our members are ‘time poor’ and we want to do what we can to help minimise some of the challenges facing them. Our ongoing investment in new technologies will enable more effective and efficient communications; enhance our members’ ability to connect with each other and improve the overall experience of engaging and connecting with our College.
Our engagement team connect with our members through wide variety of virtual and in-person events; conveying who we are, what we stand for and what we do. The team supports conferences and educational activities at a regional, national and international level.
Our Trainees’ Committee is a strong and passionate voice for Trainees. The committee works hard to engage with trainees on the issues that matter most to them; they inform and advise the College on key issues and engage with a multitude of bodies, committees and individuals in order to promote trainees’ interests across a wide range of issues and domains.
